Cancelling a session

You can cancel any registration up to 24 hours before the session starts, from your dashboard.

Registration itself also closes 24 hours before a session begins, so that the healer has a settled list of people to work with.

Refunds

Cancel more than 24 hours before the session and any payment is refunded in full, to the method you paid with, usually within five to seven working days.

Inside 24 hours a session cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the healer has already prepared for the people on the list.

If we cancel

If a session is cancelled at our end for any reason, you are refunded in full regardless of timing, and we will tell you by email as soon as we know.

Free sessions

The weekly group healing is free. If you can't make it, please cancel anyway so your place goes to someone else.
