What we hold

Your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, the place you tell us you'll be joining from, and a photograph if you upload one.

A record of the sessions you register for, what you paid, and whether the session was completed.

Why we hold it

The healer needs your name, your photograph and your location during the session itself — that is the practice. Nothing else about you is shown to them.

Your email and WhatsApp number are used to send you the reminder before a session and the note after it. We do not send marketing to them.

Who can see it

Your photograph and name are visible to the healer running a session you are registered for, and to nobody else. Other people registered for the same session cannot see you.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your profile and photograph, keeping only the minimum record of transactions that we are required to keep.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your photograph and details at any time from your profile page. To have your account deleted entirely, email hello@healtheworld.living.
